How does one determine if healthy living styles have gone too far?

How much normal concern is there conerning healthy living? Is it possible to be too much worried about health, physical shape, and the nutrition? Is it normal to eat regularly and pass by, following a strict mode and/or fasting, even if there are total solid steps within time:  Three to five days, one or two weeks, one month occasionally or two?

It is completely normal  to be concerned with maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a positive self-image. But, it is very possible to become too much haunted with it, and “to follow a strict mode” and to quick cross certainly the line. That resembles something which could be easily transformed into disorder of the nutrition, and the quick certainly is not excellent for your body or metabolism.

Therefore, do everything in moderation and you are fine.

Well, I can answer this question from encounter. I am a Vegan, and about 2 years ago I took it 2 far!!! I finished up not eating anything…really not realizing how terrible off I was. So “YES”… u have 2 be really careful!

There is nothing incorrect with wanting to live healthy, But I feel it goes to far when you shove your views on other people, Tell them what you reckon about their eating habits when they did not question. I do not reckon fasting is excellent for anyone we all need food and water every day to function.

you should not be concerned to much, all u have to do is eat breakfast and dinner.u should not stress to much or worry about your body.if u like to be as skinny as a stick, that is very unhealthy and nonattractive.(yoplait holds off your hunger, so you should eat that at lunch time/noon)
