What supplements to lose weight and gain muscle?
If you were about to lose stout and gain muscle and you wanted to take supplements to speed up the process, what would you take to make your new diet and exercise routine work out the way you want it to?

- Flaxseed oil
- Creatine
- Acai Berry
- Resveratrol

Hoodia works well. It helps you burn stout but doesn’t make you feel like you’re on speed.
Co-Enzyme Q10, helps the metabolic efficiency of anyone. Dosage is age related tho.
You don’t mention your age so there isn’t much more I can tell you.
