if i didn’t have an overweight problem i would eat the captain crunch peanut butter pops, or the quaker squares which i used to reckon were a healthy choice or the tiger frosted flakes. Now i go for the cherios with the lowest carb content 21grams or so or corn flakes regular.

NATALIE!!!! For Breakfast you’ve inspired mee!! I do a high antioxidant smoothie and I make it with twelve ounces of water two handfuls of fresh baby spinach and a cup of frozen wild blueberries with flaxseed that is ground. I place half a banana in it! TONS OF ENERGY! I LOOK FORWARD TO WAKING UP AND MAKING THIS!
