The name Too bone idle to live is a very excellent title.

Yet there is more to it, to succesfuly make the transition to a healthier eating. And defenitely need to supplement, is not just me saying that, even the medical industry says that. I like your mouth words. The bone idle title got my attention, still. Oats and squats. Paul Bragg is the man! Skipping rope. Budding wheat kernels is where i get my vitamin Bs. Plus i supplement. I do Cod Liver Oil, vit E, Lecithin, Omega complex. and Super Enzymes

I’m 46. I’ve always like keeping active. Over the las 5 years I change the way I eat. Vegie, organic -every thing you say… Now I feel like superman. I bicycle everywehre (minues car) like running a few miles, Ice skate for hours. The other day I biked through snowy (slipper) streets for 28 miles (work and shopping) as quick as I could and that night I was only a small more tired… It is because of the FOOD I eat that my abilities have grown….
