Fruits are fantastic, but you forgot to mention to clean the Fruits & Veg.

Dont eat fruits??? What expert is saying such crap? Fruits are the best thing you can do for your body!!!!! High in vitamins and nutrients!!!!!! Of course people need to go in order to burn cals. There are several types of sugar! These guys are no experts, these guys are…..fruitloops :-)

not right. anything that contains fructose gets processed by the liver. if you eat more than you burn and more than is stored as glycogen, the liver converts it to stout to store for later energy use. though fruits have enzymes and co-enzymes to help metabolize the fructose in them, if you eat too much, it can cause weight gain. processed sugar, corn-syrup, etc. do not have the enzymes and co-enzymes to metabolize the sugar. this is why they have a more dramatic affect.

Bullshit, greens and grains have more nutrients BY FAR.
