This is by far the best colon cleanse I’ve taken. Cleans you out without urgency and constant need to be by the john. I lost 6 pounds the first week I took this product. By the end all cravings for sweets had vanished from my diet. Fantastic way to detox! I’m always a small frightened before I take a cleanse product but this one can highly not compulsory so I tried it. I absolutely LOVE this cleanse. For one week, I took 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening. There was no need to stay home 24/7 while taking these pills. There was no sense of urgency.
