How come I dislike healthy food?

How come things like salads, fish, vegetables, and other healthy food I find undesirable compared to the likes of double cheeseburgers, fries, ice cream, fried chicken?

I would REALLY like to start eating healthier but its so hard when after you eat something healthy you’re craving some quick food.

because u were raised on it and over time that is what you will like.

its hard but if you force yourself to eat the healthy food for 21 days….you will despise the other foods….guaranteed.

food likes and dislikes are habits…not a sign of your personality.

excellent look…i feel ya….me going back to force feeding a while too. after you eat the healthy stuff a while…the other stuff will make you cringe at the thought of eating it and it will literally taste horrible.

Well, it’s the unhealthy things you eat and do that are “the salt of the earth”.

Because of eating junk food so much
you’re taste buds are jsut more used to them; favor them more
try forcing yourself to eat healthy and im sure over time it will work
excellent luck!

my goodness you are a genius just for knowing this .well scientifically supposedly it’s because of the fats in the food that signal some part of your brain that makes you crave these food and also advertisement . but i reckon it’s just that it’s excellent and taste better and healthy food has less flavors and seasons which make it taste bland your taste buds aren’t used to it i know I’m going through the same thing

Probably becuase quick food is high in sugar, stout, and salt and these things give food really excellent taste and appeal. Healthy food has very small stout, sugar, and salt, and therefore doesn’t taste as excellent. but if u keep eating healthy you will eventually like it and not even want to eat junk food anymore.

that Stinks!!! Well eat health till your really full that way you wont want to look at another peice of food, period!!

Because you’re one of the rare few (just like me, lol) who hasn’t been brainwashed into believing that white rice, white flour, sugar, etc. are responsible for every disease known to man and will kill you.
