depending on how you do it yes, if you are going to take colon cleansing supplements then some have age limits and some dont. if you do it naturally by eating certain foods then it wouldnt matter but it takes longer. If you are wanting to try supplements though i would question a doctor first to make sure its safe for you and always take them as directed. I use nature cleanse and its works excellent with me but all supplements can work different with different people. You will just have to read up on what you choose. I have heard of people as young as 13 using this, but im unsure of the outcome. but if you want to look more into it you can go here http://www.nature-cleanse.webs.com and read up on it. i hope this helps you out. thanks.

Hi Cherry, if you were to go have your colon cleanse done at a clinic then you would need parental permission so long as you are under 18 (in most states) ordering a home colon cleanse is a different tale tho I would still recommend you counsel with your family’s physician to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in the fastidious cleanse you will use.
What I always tell my patients is “prevention is better than intervention” at 14 years ancient you should not need a colon cleanse & now is the time when you need to form healthy habits witch will keep your digestive system working perfectly. make sure you eat lots of natural high fiber foods, cut back on quick food and processed food. increase your intake of fruits and vegetables to balance out dairy & red meats. and don’t forget exercise. these 2 pillars are the foundation for a healthy digestive system & if you stick with these you will never need a colon cleanse
